Sweetheart Dance
Riverdale will hold its annual Valentine-Sweetheart Dance on Wednesday, February 10, 2010. The dance is from 6 - 8pm in the school gymnasium. The cost of the dance is $3 in advance and $5 at the door for students and FREE for adults. Students will not be allowed to stay without a parent to accompany them. Thank you!
Step Show
Riverdale Elementary School's Step Team will perform at the Step Show and College Awareness Fest being held at Charles Drew High School in Riverdale, GA., February 20, 2010. The step show will begin at 1pm. There will be a college fair from 10am to 12pm with representatives from various post-secondary schools available to speak with parents and potential students. The cost of the affair is $3.00 per person. Tickets will be available at the door but there are also tickets available through the school's office. Please view the attached documents.

Winter Break
All Clayton County Schools will be closed February 11, 2010 thru February 15, 2010 for Winter Break . Schools and county offices will resume the regular school and work days on Tuesday February 16th. We look forward to having the students back in school and uniform at that time.
Uniforms
We are proud to announce that we are once again a uniform school. We look forward to seeing each of our students in uniform daily. Students should be in navy, black, or khaki pants, skirts, or skorts with a black, red, or white polo-styled shirt.
